Oskar Enander hails from Sweden, but now resides for most of the year in the mountains of Switzerland.

He has received a number of accolades for his work. In January 2007, Oskar was the first photographer to receive the coveted Powder Magazine Photo of the Year award for the second time. He brough home his first in 2004.

He took second place in the 2006 edition of the Ultrasport Photochallenge, a competition that features top photographers from the worlds of surfing, skiing and snowboarding.

In 2005, he was awarded the coveted ‘Magazine Cover of the Year’ in Sweden. In the same year, his work showcased in the critically acclaimed book, ‘The Powder Road’. 

In 2004, Oskar landed his first Ultrasport Photochallenge podium finish – the 3rd place. 

Stellar Magazine, in a profile on Oskar, wrote “Swedish photographer, Oskar Enander, is quickly making a name for himself as one of the premier snow-sports photographers in the world…”

Oskar does what only a handful of other great snow photographers do: inspire you to the point of salvation.
