Did a short but nice hike to Brunnihütte today with Jon. It got pretty warm so I did not want to go ski after having such good days earlier this week.

Not much to report but I thought I post some shots from todays session. I did some turns on the slopes and then hit Laub again for a few good runs.
The DPS Lotus 120s were todays choice of ski.

Yesterday was blue bird and a lot of new snow but the mountain did not open so you could feel the frustration among people, however the wind was very strong at the top so they had a reason not to open.
When we went up today expectations were high but after the first run from the top of Titlis the stoke had gone down. It was very wind hammered and down low not that good either. Me and Robert found some short slopes with decent snow and decided to try Laub and that was the best call we have done in a long time, EPIC snow all the way down. My DPS Lotus 138s were riding amazing!!!
Here are some shots from yesterday in the village and a short video from today. We did not bother shooting more action then those turns you see, it was just too good for that today.

Another great day in Engelberg and this time with even more snow.
As last time I left any heavy camera gear at home and just played around with my Panasonic LX 3

Yesterday was my first day on skis this season and it turned out to be pretty good. I went up with the guys from Ski Lodge Engelberg, temperatures were -10 at 3000m so the snow kept cold and not much people around so riding was great.
I did not bother bringing my camera pack except my small point and shoot so here are a few shots from that one.
Btw, it’s snowing big flakes in the village right now.
